What opportunities are available for continuing education and professional development?

At BBN, one of our core values is continuous learning and improvement. We encourage everyone to be curious, and embrace learning every day.

Employees may be able to attend conferences, courses, seminars and meetings, identified through annual work plans and Employee Professional Development Plans, which may be beneficial to the employee’s professional development. Employees must complete a Continuous Learning Application form to be considered.

Depending on your learning objectives and their alignment with BBN’s strategic development goals, there may be opportunities for additional certifications.
