One of the passions of Kim Deep (Founder and CEO of Business By Numbers) has always been Financial Literacy and Empowerment for kids, youth, families and small business owners. With three children of her own, Kim understands the importance of money management and teaching this skill early in life.
The financial hazards adults face as a result of not being taught about the importance of money management can have long-lasting effects, that impact future generations. Small business owners also take their financial habits with them into their businesses and this can impact the success of their business endeavors. Implementing an accounting system that supports business owners in monitoring their financial results is a foundational piece to growing a profitable business. Whether dealing with personal finances or company accounting, having a system to manage money should be a top priority for everyone.
